Diagnosis
Female scape yellowish-white with apical ¼ dark brown; mesoscutum golden-green or metallic bluish-green with engraved reticulation, scutellum metallic bluish-green and smooth and shiny or with engraved weak and superficial reticulation; femora yellowish-white; propodeum with median carina wide and flat, sides ±parallel and with posterior part strongly narrowed or obliterated by reticulation; petiole transverse, 0.7X as long as wide; female gaster elongate, MM/LG = 0.6-0.7, with first tergite with posterior 2/3 densely striate/reticulate.
